To determine which instruction sheet matches your product, locate the date of manufacturer sticker on the product.
MODEL NUMBER AND DATE OF MANUFACTURE CAN BE FOUND:
Activity Center – on base
Baby Carrier – fabric tag
Bassinet – on metal tubing
Bouncer – fabric tag underneath seat
High Chair – underneath seat
Playard – on playard foot
Rocker – on bottom of metal tubing
Stroller/Carrier – on rear leg
Swing – on bottom of metal tubing
Walker – on base ring or underneath top tray
Printed next to "model number or style number" is a five-digit code followed by two or three letters. After locating the five-digit code in the pull down menu, click on the open button to open the instruction.
